Last updated 26 June 2026. These terms govern your use of the Hometownplumb Utility Log online workspace provided by HOMETOWN PLUMBING SERVICES, LLC.
1. The service
Hometownplumb Utility Log is an online-only digital SaaS workspace that drafts household maintenance records, question lists, and photo checklists from the notes you provide. Online-only digital SaaS. No physical goods, no shipping, no on-site visits.
2. Drafts only — no professional services
Output is an editable draft. We do not provide repair, installation, diagnosis, inspection, safety certification, or emergency services, and nothing here is a substitute for a licensed professional. You are responsible for reviewing the facts, accuracy, rights, and compliance of any output before you rely on or act on it.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions, credits & billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in USD and renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are consumed when you generate or export a record and do not roll over. Pricing and credit allowances are shown on the Pricing page. Your statement shows AI UTILITY LOG.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the workspace only as described in our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate it.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to the text you enter. We retain rights to the software and brand. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, and do not reference third-party brands, products, or people.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMETOWN PLUMBING SERVICES, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any action taken based on a draft output. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
